The problems with it were: it is significantly heavier that the typical chair of this type; the back will recline but it cannot be done while sitting in the chair, you have to raise or lower the back by adjusting it from the rear; the seat is very deep front to back so anyone who is of average or short height will have trouble touching their feet to the ground; and even in the most upright position, there is too much of a backward angle to the backrest.
This would be a good chair for an extra large or tall individual who needs the extra support and who isn't going to carry it any distance. If you are looking for a portable chair to tote to an outdoor concert, this isn't the best choice.
